Return Policy
We accept returns for most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase, subject to a mandatory 15% restocking fee. Please note that we cannot accept returns for electrical components, paints, oils, chemicals, or any products containing rubber, as all sales on these items are final. Any parts that have been installed, used, or removed from a kit or assembly cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by contacting us at wrightmedia81@gmail.com. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for the cost of return freight or insurance, and shipping charges are non-refundable. It is imperative that all returns are completed within 30 days of the original receipt of the product. Any claims made after this period will be subject to refusal.
Delivery
We take pride in our nationwide shipping capabilities, ensuring that our customers receive their products quickly and efficiently. Our extensive network of 10 distribution centers allows us to provide lightning-fast turnaround times, with most orders shipped within 24 hours of receipt during weekdays.
It is essential to note that any damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the order. We recommend providing a physical address to expedite the delivery process, as this minimizes the potential for any delays. If a PO Box is the only option, please be aware that the United States Postal Service will need to repackage your products, which may result in a slight delay in delivery.
Shipping
We strive to provide our customers with reliable and efficient shipping options. We typically utilize UPS or a similar carrier for orders shipped within the continental US. However, when bulky or hazardous materials are involved, we may opt for freight line carriers to ensure safe and secure delivery.
To keep things simple and cost-effective for our customers, we offer a flat rate shipping charge of $19.99 for most orders, with no freight charge for backorders. However, for bulky or hazardous items, we ask that you contact us directly to obtain an accurate freight charge. Please note that these items are clearly marked on the product description and do not qualify for the flat rate fee.
